Our 4th year students of the Customs Management Department conducted a technical visit to QTerminals Antalya Port on 13.01.2023 within the scope of the course "Monitoring and Prevention of Smuggling". During the technical visit, our students had the opportunity to observe the practical application of theory on-site. Information about export and import operations at the port, loading and unloading of the ship, the role of the customs broker at the port, the vehicles used during handling, container functions, the operation of the operations center, and occupational health and safety were conveyed to our students both at the operations center and in the port area. QTerminals Antalya Operations Planning Officer Orhan Candemir answered our students' questions in all details.
